CANCELLED OR MODIFIED RESERVATIONS
You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 3:00 pm, seven days prior to the arrival date, unless you are part of a group booking or room block (see below).
Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
GROUPS
Guests who booked their rooms as part of a room block may cancel their reservation for no charge up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
MINIMUM STAYS
- 2 & 3-night minimum weekend booking
- 3-night minimum on long weekends
- 2-night minimum for all bookings
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- No parties or events
- No smoking facility
- No pets
- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm
- Check out by 11:00 am
- Please respect your neighbours and keep the noise levels down after 11pm
Sandbanks Passes
- Please be respectful and return the Sandbanks pass to our property manager to ensure that other guests can use the pass
Library
- Please return any games or books you borrow back to the library when you are finished with them for other guests to enjoy.
